Khory Hancock

Khory, founder of Climate Revive originally grew up on a cattle station in central Queensland and is now an environmental scientist with over a decade’s experience in industry. He specialises in carbon and land management, land rehabilitation, climate change mitigation & environmental compliance. As an industry leader in environment and carbon, Khory has worked for carbon developers and large blue-chip corporations.

With a passion for agriculture and profit for purpose business models that aim to revive both land and ocean, Khory adds additional leadership capabilities by bringing a credible voice to the carbon and agricultural industry. He is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) and QLD Accredited Agricultural Advisor that aids his passion for land restoration/regeneration in agriculture.

Sam Wilson

Sam Wilson

Ecologist

Sam has over 7 years’ experience in environmental management, working across multiple major projects and mines across Queensland.
He holds a Bachelor or Environmental Science and Masters in Environmental Management, majoring in the field of Environmental Management in Mining. He is skilled and experienced in leading teams through challenging environments, environmental sampling, data management, ecology assessment surveys and technical report writing.

He has specialist experience in the environmental compliance and auditing, in particular in relation to the preparation of rehabilitation plans and ecological performance reporting in accordance with the requirements of Environmental Authorities administered under the Environmental Protection Act 1994 (EP Act).
In addition, Sam has a significant experience in the carbon farming industry, having undertaken biodiversity and ecological assessments on multiple differing bioregions across Australia.
